Safety through methodology & riding physics

We do not believe in chance on two wheels. We believe you can learn to really understand your motorcycle – and that this is exactly where real safety lies.

The relationship between you and your machine

In our world as riding coaches there are essentially only two things: you and your machine – and the relationship between the two. We work on exactly that relationship: so that you understand how your motorcycle “speaks” to you, and how you can tell it clearly what you want from it.

That has more to do with safety than it sounds at first. Because whoever really understands the relationship between rider and machine automatically rides more safely – not because he is more careful, but because he commands his motorcycle instead of relying on electronics.

Skill instead of electronics. ABS, traction control and riding modes are good tools – but they are no substitute for understanding.

We train riders who know what their motorcycle is doing, and why, even without them.

A fixed methodology, an individual path

Our methodology is structured and the same in every training – built up over years and developed further continuously since 2017. What is not standardized is the path through it: our groups are deliberately small, so that we can watch every rider individually and start where the biggest step forward lies for him personally. The same structure runs through the training system – three stages that build on one another:

  1. Level 1 · Foundation

Understanding the basics of lean angle cleanly and making them automatic.

  2. Level 2 · Dynamics

Building up speed, precision and mental calm in the corner.

  3. Level 3 · Synthesis

Bringing it all together, at the limit of your own ability.

Every stage is individual coaching, not a lecture – your development sets the pace, not a schedule.

What we promise – and what we do not

Lean angle is a result

A knee on the ground comes by itself when seating position, vision and throttle control are right – and it disappears again as soon as one of them is not. You can always force it. You just do not learn anything in the process; for a moment you only look as if you had. We work on what lies underneath. The lean angle then comes on its own.

A training day is a beginning

It shows you what your motorcycle actually does, corrects what you have got used to over the years, and gives you a method you can keep working with. That is a lot – but it is not a conclusion. What comes of it you decide in the weeks afterwards, on your own roads.

We start where you are

Which stage you book is your decision – we do not check it beforehand. If it turns out on the training day that the foundation for the booked stage is still missing, we work on that foundation. That is not a step back, it is the shortest way to what you came for.

The team

Miroslav, founder and head coach of Fit2Ride, in motorcycle gear.

Miroslav

Head coach & founder

Miroslav founded Fit2Ride in 2017 and is a trained motorcycle coach. He developed the method we work with in every training and has kept refining it since. As head coach he makes sure it is applied the same way on every training day. What matters to him is that you don't just hear about riding physics but understand it – so that knowledge turns into safe skill.

Christian, instructor at Fit2Ride for Cornering Training Level 1 and Level 2.

Christian

Instructor Level 1 & 2

Christian is responsible for what everything at Fit2Ride builds on: the riding foundation in Level 1 and 2. He teaches the technique without which no further step holds. With analytical calm he sees where things catch and stays with it until riding physics no longer has to be thought about but has become second nature – the precondition for everything that comes after.

Michael, engineer and instructor at Fit2Ride for race track training and group trainings.

Michael

Instructor race track & groups

Michael is an engineer and approaches riding the same way: understand first, then apply. He accompanies riders on the safe step towards sporty riding on the race track and looks after our trainings for groups and companies. What matters to him is that theory and practice mesh precisely: what you have understood, you apply on the track right away, and every step builds on the one before.

10 years of Fit2Ride

More than 1,500 riders trained, a methodology that has been developed further steadily since 2017 – and one goal that has never changed: to make you a rider who really understands his motorcycle.
